Role's "Inherit Attributes" does not inherit from parent role for check box attribute

Even though "inherit Attributes" flag is checked, there is no way to set the child role's check box attribute (which defined with boolean type in schema) to inherit the value from parent.

Is this considered as expected behavior?
Is there actually any way to archive this?
