Allow Syncope to manage WA authentication events

CAS provides a facility for consuming and recording authentication events into persistent storage. Events are primarily designed to be consumed by the developers and allow for tracing of granular activities in a historical fashion.

This task describes the need to capture such events and store/manage them in Syncope.
