aws-java-sdk bundle: the dependency to org.codehaus.jackson should be optional

The aws-java-sdk defines the dependency as follows:

        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.codehaus.jackson</groupId>
            <artifactId>jackson-core-asl</artifactId>
            <version>[1.4,)</version>
            <type>jar</type>
            <scope>compile</scope>
        </dependency>

The camel-aws integration tests runs without this dependency.
