the resource path shouldn't include any "target" to avoid being filtered when build the src kit

for example, there is deployables/serviceengines/servicemix-cxf-se/src/test/resources/org/apache/servicemix/cxfse/target/xbean.xml, but this file will not be included in the src kit because of the target in the path
