[HApi] Allow HApi microdata client to fitler links and forms based on a relation set as class

The HApi client allows identifying anchors, links and forms based on the rel and data-rel attributes, respectively (as rel is not allowed on form). For added flexibility, it would be needed that the relation string passed to those methods is also checked against the CSS class of the elements.
