Description

As part of LocalApplicationRunner, calls to getDefaultCoordinatorStreamStoreFactory fail to instantiate a CoordinatorStreamStore if values for "job.coordinator.system" or "job.default.system" are unset in configs.
This case hold true even if the application is instantiated with a default system by calling withDefaultSystem(someSystem).
