    Description

      failed assertion here:
      org.apache.rya.api.functions.DateTimeWithinPeriodTest.testWeeks(DateTimeWithinPeriodTest.java:145)
      Failed because of DST transition. Test is using the current date and time. Changed to fixed datetime.
