[Java Broker] Make broker name editable and show it in the browser title

At the moment renaming of the broker instance is disabled in the web management console. We should remove this restriction and allow renaming of the broker. Also, a broker name should be displayed in the browser window title in order to easilly distinguish the different broker management UI opened in the separate browser windows.
