Remove the ConvertColorspace class

The ConvertColorspace class doesn't do what a possible user might expect. It simply tries to exchange all setStrokingColor/setNonStrokingColor calls using RGB values with calls using CMYK values. It doesn't convert images or colorspaces itself.

To avoid misunderstandings I'm going to remove the class.
