    Description

      Move from commons-configuration:commons-configuration to org.apache.commons:commons-configuration2.

      Current version used by omid is 1.10, which was released in Oct 24, 2013 and is very very old. We should move to latest which is moved to org.apache.commons:commons-configuration2
