    Description

      The feature "Skip problematic binaries" (OAK-5519) logs a spurious warning if the file "textExtractionTimeout.properties" doesn't exist:

      *WARN* ... org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.index.lucene.ExtractedTextCache Could not load timeout map textExtractionTimeout.properties from .../repository/index/textExtractionTimeout.properties (No such file or directory)
