    Description

      • generic iterator should use Utils.getSelectedDocuments() to obtain iterator
      • MongoBlobReferenceIterator should just extend BlobReferenceIterator, using its own iterator (EDIT: will move this into a separate ticket)
      • Utils.getSelectedDocuments() should allow specifying the batch size
