    Description

      A regression bug of Hadoop client is reported in HDFS-14323, where hadoop-client 3.2.0 encodes a url path unintentionally.

      HDFS-related processors (such as ListHDFS, ...) are affected by this. For example, we cannot list an HDFS path like `/path/to/yyyy=2020` by ListHDFS.

      This bug is fixed in hadoop-client 3.2.1, so we just need to upgrade the version.
