PHPStan error is not displayed correctly in Inspector

    Description

      When PHPStan reports issue with arrays, it uses notation with angle brackets - for array containing strings it is "array<string>".
      Part "<string>" of message is not displayed on right side of Inspector, because content is rendered as HTML.
