invalid namespace URI in AbstractImportXmlTest

The test case uses

www.apache.org/jackrabbit/test/namespace/ImportTest

as a namespace URI, however this is not an absolute URI.

This doesn't affect the test, but it still is misleading and a bad choice for a namespace URI.
