Authorise Docker Hub account to manage automated builds in the apache/drill repository

    Description

      Docker Hub automated builds of Drill container images are tiggered when a new release tag is added to its Git repo. When we released Drill 1.21.2 those builds failed to run so they need debugging. The only contributor with access to do this is no longer active so can I ask that my Docker Hub account (dzamo2) be given permission to maintain these builds in Docker Hub?
