Publish camel-website git repository to camel.apache.org

With INFRA-15969 we have setup publishing of content from {{asf-git}} branch of the {{camel-website}} git repository to camel.apache.org/staging. We are now ready to publish the staging website as the default website on camel.apache.org.

I'll submit a pull request to the {{infrastructure-puppet}} git repository on github for review.
