lists.apache.org - missing subscriptions

There are several mailing lists which are not subscribed by lists.a.o

Attached lists (to follow) include most of the missing ones.

[There are a few others which I have yet to match up with archives so they may no longer be active.]

It would be good if someone could check over the lists to make sure that there are none in the wrong category (in particular none in the public list that should be private). Thanks.
