Remove tcpNoDelay and soLinger from configuration

Remove tcpNoDelay and soLinger from configuration roots (see InboundConfigurationSchema, OutboundConfigurationSchema, etc).

• tcpNoDelay should never be disabled, it will perform very badly in our scenarios
