    Description

When the directory /etc/secruity/keytabs folder removed on HDP 3.1.4 due to human error, the NN service down and it didn't failover to standby node in HA configuration. This issue can be reproduced simply by removing the /etc/security/keytabs folder. It looks the namenode didn't failover due to ZKFC as HA is controlled by ZKFC and it used its old connection and could not detect any loss of keytabs which prevented the failover. After restarting the ZKFC on the active namenode its fails to establish connection as it couldn't find the keytabs and eventually fails over to standby node which becomes active nn.
