[testing] contribution of the Stress test suite

The Stress test suite is a collection of tests for stressing various functional parts of the Harmony runtime implementation. The suite contains about 500 tests, ant-based build system and configuration files to allow automated runs of the tests. The test suite depends on some tools, namely VMTT tool and Test Harness, contributed previously as a part of the DRLVM Validation Test Suite.
