    Description

      Support the use of wasb with FileContext: FileContext.getFileContext(new URI("wasb://abc/"), conf).

      • Add property fs.AbstractFileSystem.wasb.impl and fs.AbstractFileSystem.wasbs.impl to core-default.xml
      • Add FileContext contract tests. See ITestS3AFileContextURI and friends for example.
