Insert into catalog table failed when catalog table not implement table source factory

When a TableFactory just implement TableSinkFactory, we use create table DDL to register it into catalog and use tableEnv.sqlUpdate("insert into sinkTable ...."), there will be an exception:

TableException: findAndCreateTableSource failed.

blink-planner should not assume that all TableFactories are TableSourceFactory.
