Editing fixed deposit and recurring deposit products raises a rates overlapping error

To replicate this issue, follow these steps:

1. Create a fixed deposit or recurring deposit product
2. Try to edit the product, make sure the rates chart remains the same(do not edit it). You can change any other values
3. Submit the request

The following error is raised, "Failed data validation due to: chart.overlapping.from.and.end.dates."
