The OBR URI is wrong for artifacts using classifier

The maven-bundle-plugin generates an URL for the bundle without classifier. In fact the classifier is ignored.

This opens a second issue, if the project defines several artifacts (with classifier) how this case has to be described in the OBR file.
First the id has to be unique (so the classifier should be used), but the bundle name / symbolic name should also be different. Moreover, the classifier may be described as a property of the bundle capacity.
