Extract out utility methods and move them to proper locations

Right now there are a few utility methods that need not be in this package or in this project. They can be put into the common area or in utilty classes to remove clutter from the initial context factory implementation. Also this allows us to central utility code so more than one context factory implementation can be created if we wanted it without replicating code.

Some of the suspected methods to move out are:

o importLDIF()
o mkdirs()
