Description

We could really use our own Change Password client library. We have a lot of the necessary code in kerberos-shared. We could use this for:
o Integration tests
o Experimental drafts (http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-krb-wg-kerberos-set-passwd-06.txt)
