Consider switching to MD4C Markdown parser

MD4C is a new Markdown parser written in C. It

• implements the CommonMark spec,
• is easy to embed directly in source form,
• comes with less features that we don't need,
• is MIT-licensed.

Looks like a good replacement for libcmark.
