Missing code samples in camel-cxf docs

https://people.apache.org/~dkulp/camel/cxf.html shows that there used to be numerous code samples in the camel-cxf documentation. It appears they might have been lost during a previous documentation migration.

They should be reviewed and added back into the camel-cxf adoc
