    Description

      Define a cardinality provider SPI for use by the lattice recommendation algorithm. Also:

      • Obsolete Lattice.CARDINALITY_MAP (by wrapping it in a mock provider).
      • Create a JDBC cardinality provider, that gets cardinality by executing "count(distinct ...)".
