ws-messenger serviices come to inconsistent state with a failure scnenario

After a failure in database, WS-messenger stop responding, this occur dues to sending two fault messages and Listener trying to unsubscribe twice and unsubscription is failing.
First unsubscription stops the message puller (which takes a moment to stop completely)
and Second failure also recieving because of this.
