Client V2 does not suppress unhandled error stack trace

While testing client v2 I noticed that a KeyboardInterrupt results in a unsuppressed stack trace. The CommandLine should implement logic similar to twitter.common.app: https://github.com/twitter/commons/blob/master/src/python/twitter/common/app/application.py#L735-L753
