api_epilog(zh, 0);
LOG_DEBUG(LOGCALLBACK(zh), "completion thread terminated"); 

api_epilog(zh, 0);
LOG_DEBUG(LOGCALLBACK(zh), "IO thread terminated"); 

Handle zh is freed in api_epilog.
LOG_CALLBACK(zh) uses freed handle and may cause segmentation fault.
