Unable to change permission of zookeper node having read access 

1.open zookeeper-shell.sh with corresponding IP

getAcl /zookeeper
'world,'anyone
: r

while changing the same its saying Authentication is not valid

setAcl /zookeeper world:anyone:cdrwa
Authentication is not valid : /zookeeper
