Looks like the mirrors have been updated and removed old versions of spark :

http://www.carfab.com/apachesoftware/spark/
http://www.gtlib.gatech.edu/pub/apache/spark/
etc

Only available versions are

[DIR] spark-1.5.2/
[DIR] spark-1.6.1/
[DIR] spark-2.0.0-preview/
