Description

In python 3.10, MutableMapping in Collections library is moved to Collections.abc.

So, existing version of py4j in python interpreter supports up to 3.9.

I suggest to upgrade py4j version 0.10.7 to 0.10.9.7 to support python 3.10.

(Also, this version support java 11, it will help if zeppelin upgrades java version 8 to 11)
