[ZEPPELIN-5720] User impersonate is not working.

Description

I have tested the same function in zeppelin 0.9.0, 0.10.0 and 0.10.1.  Issue is in all 3 version.

 

While enabling user impersonate getting error. Please help this is blocker for us.
