[ZEPPELIN-5473] Enable z.show for R

Description

It should be consistent to enable z.show for both python and R languages.  A notebook may contain both python and R paragraphs, it would show significant difference if one can support it but not the other.

Moreover, the zeppelin doc mentions the display system is backend independent, but it doesn't work for R.
