Description

 Downloaded the version 0.9.0 from the below link 

http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/zeppelin/zeppelin-0.9.0-preview1/zeppelin-0.9.0-preview1-bin-all.tgz

After running the zeppelin.cmd server started fine (Screenshot attached)

When I try to view the GUI in the browser the page is blank.
