the operating systems used is ubuntu 18.04

core i3 processor, 8 gb of ram, an ssd 500 gb.

Description

The Jobmanager isn't showing the running jobs and stays a persistent label saying it's "loading..." even when a new job is launched in any interpreter with a total of 0 jobs running.
