[ZEPPELIN-4584] Default error page for Zeppelin masking Jetty Server version

Description

When a non-existent path was accessed on the Browser after zeppelin server and port information, it shows the application server name and version. In this case, it showed the Server as "jetty" and it's version number. As software development best practice, a generic error page should be displayed.

The Server version itself can be masked via configuration. [refer: ZEPPELIN-2461]
