Description
As a Zeppelin user I would like to have the option to synchronize the notebookes to Github
So that I can share and collaborate the notebooks with other colleagues
Acceptance criteria:
1. Ability to set the remote Github repository URL
2. Ability to set the remote Github access token
3. Push the changes to the remote Github repository after local commit
4. Pull the changes from remote Github repository when loading the notebook page in the web browser
