    Description

As a user I would like to be able to create Conda envs without setting the python version and be able to activate and deactivate said environments.

Currently, if I run a conda create env command without the python version specified the environment will be created, but I cannot deactivate the version. Therefore, I am only able to use one conda env, which defeates the purpose of using Conda in a way.
