      Description

Travis sometimes fails, where restarting a job (without modification) results in a success. Two examples:

      Example 1:

I do not understand why Jenkins CI is failing on my pull request:
      https://builds.apache.org/job/zeppelin-pull-request/1261/
      while Travis is Reporting "passed":
      https://travis-ci.org/cfries/zeppelin/builds/226487244

      Why does this happen?

What is the workaround in this case? Closing and Reopening?

      Example 2:

      Here is another example:
      Jenkins reported a "fail" here:
      https://builds.apache.org/job/zeppelin-pull-request/1304/console
This was due to some travis job failing. It was not clear why the Travis job failed, so I restarted it. After that, the job succeeded:
      https://travis-ci.org/cfries/zeppelin/jobs/227424008
