Description

I see that 'create new paragraph' api supports index parameter . However there is not index assigned by default which seems inconsistent and make the parameter not so usable.
Use case is I want to know index of existing paragraph that was created without supplying any index so that I can increment (or decrement) its index via API but without knowing what index it was on in first place there is no way I can assign any index to it.
