Description

Currently there are some tests for PythonInterpreter which rely on external python dependencies (numpy, pandas, pandasql, and matplotlib), hence they are excluded for the main CI builds. I will modify .travis.yml to automatically download and manage those dependencies which will allow us to run these tests via CI.
