Description

• Go to the releases page in jira
• Click on the version that is about to be released, i.e. 0.12
• Click on the Release Notes link on the top of the page
• Click the button Configure Release Notes
• Select the style Text and click create
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and copy the content of the text area and update the CHANGELOG file.
