Utilization and used capacity of queues are not displayed

    Description

      Two things that used to work are no longer working:

      • the color bar showing the utilization of each queue
      • The used capacity of all queues is now n/a  as shown in the attached screenshot

      All the metrics are still showing up correctly through the metrics REST endpoint
