Description

Currently the list of enabled app management plugins is defined in an env var called OPERATOR_PLUGINS in deployments/image/configmap/Dockerfile. The Helm chart should be able to use it to enable the user to configure what plugins are enabled at deploy time. The settings need to be exposed in values.yaml.
