Description

The application object after the refactoring stores the create time in a Time object and not in a int64 anymore for calculations. The conversion in the REST interfaces converts this into a second based time stamp.

The web UI expects any time stamp to be in nano seconds. It then internally converts them into milliseconds in the javascript library.

Create times for apps are because of that shown in the UI as 1-1-1970..
